What can AI do in manifestation?

AI's strength is structuring and remembering. A human's strength is deciding and meaning. A good system splits the work so each does what it's best at.

AI can:

• turn a thirty-second voice note into a goal, numbers, a horizon and the first actions
• read your own rows – check-ins, rituals, curves, decisions – before it says anything
• notice a pattern you don't see yourself, such as decisions stalling after a bad night
• suggest one move that opens the bottleneck
• condense the week into a letter: what worked, what repeats, what to try

What shouldn't AI do?

Three things:

1. Decide for you. Every proposal goes into an approvals queue, and nothing changes until you approve.
2. Collect what's private. Private entries don't belong in the AI's context unless you decide so.
3. Work in the dark. Every AI call is visible: what was read, what was proposed and what it cost.

Why does "reads your rows before advising" matter?

General AI gives general advice. It sounds wise and is mostly useless, because it doesn't know what has happened to you. When AI reads your own rows first, the advice changes: "Your certainty has risen over three weeks, but your need to control is still high – and detachment is your lowest stage. The brake isn't information but ownership."

That's the difference between generic and personal.

How does memory work safely?

Memory cuts both ways. Without it every conversation starts from scratch. Too broad, and it feels like surveillance. A good solution is visible memory: short memory cards that you approve, edit or delete. The AI suggests what's worth remembering – you decide.

Can AI be switched off?

It must be. The whole system should work without AI too: interviews, workbooks, curves and rituals don't need it. AI is an accelerator, not the engine.
